Management is a multipurpose organ and algorithm of getting the things done through the people. Functions of management are done by a group of people who are called the managers.

6 Ms: Management has brought the six Ms together to get the needful and expected result in effective and efficient way. These Ms are: men, money, machine, material, methods and market. These resources are used to complete and achieve the goals of the organization.

A Best Manager is one who effectual in using the given resources for the achieving the smart and savvy results. A good manager is he, who knows the ropes and also knows backwards and forwards of the given project.

Qualities you should adopt to prove yourself a best manager are:

Getting work done: A manager is really not a person who can do better than his men, but he is a person who can motivate and stimulate them to get the better work.

Personal approach: The concept of getting the things done on very accurate time is best upon a very typical consideration of personal approach in the light of advanced technology.

Responsible: Manager should have responsible and serious attitude towards his task. It should have the right to remove someone from position of responsibility who is not taking it described manner.

Early learner: No one has born perfect. A genius is in fact a product of crises and troubles. So a best manager is he, who can learn easily, and can also able to apply his learning’s in an efficient way.

Decision making: He should know the perfect time of decision, and for this purpose the mind of manager should be focused. Although in our life we consider our feelings are superior to reasoning, but in business, it is vice versa.

Other main qualities a manager should have are:

Choose a worthwhile project.

Create a healthy a productive environment among your team.

He should be able for big forecasting by small observing and performing only few small actions.

Set your target.

Manager should be able to infer the basic concept of his task.

Manager should have ability to finalize the analysis.

Creativity is another influencing feature of the manager, which can give him superior place than that of his employees.

Intuition: intuition is a capacity of knowing things without doing any process or hard work for it. It is a cornerstone of sentiments and keen focusing. Manager should use it at his best.

Manager should be able to give shape the idea and thoughts of his mind. Sometimes you got very good idea but you has no arts and guts to give it practical shape.

Summing up:

Management is not about doing the right things, rather it is about doing the things right. So to prove yourself as best, you have to be in a position to influence others. The context we have to work for, always has some parameters, manager have to follow up them in order to get the optimum output from a simple input of power.
